 1. Cancellation Policy

- The cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to the renewal date so that no billing of the next cycle will be charged.

 2. Refund Policy  -

No refund on services rendered:

   Once a service (e.g. premium membership or add-on features) is engaged, no refunds.

- When purchasing a plan, scrutinize the package before purchasing it.

- Eligibility for Refunds:  -

   - Refunds will only be received by clients if there occurs an error on their transaction or a failure on your part to provide services beyond client expectations.  -

   - Any refund request is to be submitted within 7 days from the date incurred.  -

- Refund Handling:

- Refunds approved will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original source of payment or bank account.

3. Non-Refundable Services

All one-time services for special profile visibility or promotional features are not refundable.

4. Refund at Discretion

Bibaho.in may, at its discretion, consider and accept a refund request based on a case-to-case consideration.
