Premium membership, or any extra service fees, are non-refundable except when we fail to deliver a service that was promised.
We will offer you our secure payment gateway; our website will stand harmless and is not liable in case of third-party fraud.
  5. Ownership of Content
- The rights of any uploaded content are retained with the users who upload the content but give Bibaho.in a non-exclusive license to use their content for providing services.
 - We may also edit or remove any content that violated our guidelines or legal obligations.

Bibaho.in will take care of the privacy of the data in accordance with our Privacy Policy by not revealing any personal information of yours.

- These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in relation to these terms of use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
