As Bibaho.in's services are digital, no physical product will be shipped to our members. However, for premium membership packages or other services that require documentation, we guarantee the following process to be followed when delivering information or materials :
 
 1. Digital Delivery:
 - All premium services, reports, or matches are delivered either by e-mail or through your registered account on our website.
    - You will receive confirmation, along with any other necessary information, upon completion of your payment.
 
 2. Physical Deliverables (if applicable):
 - A hard copy of the documents or marketing materials (if applicable) will be sent through our trusted courier partners.
    - Delivery will depend on your location; it should not take more than 5-7 working days within India.
 3. Shipping Charges:
   - There are no shipping charges for services that are delivered digitally.
 -Shipping charges for the printed products will be included at the time of ordering.
 
 4. Tracking Information:
    -tracking information for your print products is emailed or sent via SMS when shipped.
